Weybridge - Front Garden & Driveway
Weybridge
A front garden and driveway designed to give a beautiful Weybridge home an entrance with the same care and presence as the house itself.
The Brief
An entrance worthy of the property.
The project focused on giving structure, navigation and planting opportunities to the front of the house. Paths and steps were laid in Harvest Sawn Sandstone, with tumbled mint setts used to define the space and bring detail to the hard landscaping.
Design Thinking
Hand drawn before it is built.
Every project begins by hand, with drawings that explore how the garden should move, settle and feel before anything is built. The plan considers the house, the light, the views from inside and the quiet details that make a space feel personal rather than standard.
These early sketches shape the planting, materials, levels and moments of pause. They give the team a clear design language to build from, so the finished garden feels considered from the first line on paper to the final planting.
The Project
A composed front garden that people notice.
The finished space balances everyday access with a stronger sense of arrival. The material choices give the front garden definition, while the planting softens the structure and makes the entrance feel cared for.
Design Response
Stone, planting and a proper first impression.
Plants from North Hill Nurseries and Charella Gardens were used to create feature moments around the stonework, giving the garden interest for the owners and for passers-by.
